What do I do after placing my order?
After you place your order, you need to send us some ashes. One teaspoon is more than enough to make five glass items. Any remaining ash will be returned to you with your order. Place one teaspoon in a ziplock bag. Label the baggie with YOUR name, your loved-one's name & your phone number. Take care that the baggie is sealed. Place the baggie inside a mailing envelope. Use TWO first class stamps for a regular or business size envelope.
You should receive your order no longer than 2-3 weeks after we receive the ashes. To speed thing up, do NOT ask for a signature! Delivery Confirmation is okay, but if you ask for a signature and someone is not here to sign, the ashes will go back to the post office and the order will be delayed. I recommend a regular envelope with two stamps sent regular mail
